By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a course or digital product, or subscribing to any service offered through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

2. About Master Your Math

Master Your Math is an online educational platform providing mathematics courses, lessons, exercises, worked examples, videos, PDFs, practice materials, assessments, and other forms of digital educational content.

Products offered through the Platform may include:

  • self-paced online courses;
  • downloadable or online educational materials;
  • video lessons;
  • PDF materials;
  • practice exercises;
  • quizzes and assessments;
  • course bundles;
  • subscriptions;
  • other educational digital products.

Individual products may be offered either through a one-time payment or through a recurring subscription.

The specific price, payment structure, access period, course contents, and other conditions applicable to each product will be displayed on the relevant sales page or checkout page before purchase.

3. Educational Disclaimer

Master Your Math is an educational service and is not an accredited school, university, examination authority, or other formal educational institution.

Courses and materials offered through the Platform are intended to help users understand and practice mathematics.

Purchasing or completing a course does not constitute completion of an accredited educational program and does not automatically grant any official academic qualification, diploma, certification, or school credit unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee any particular academic result, exam grade, admission result, test score, improvement in school performance, or other educational outcome.

Learning results depend on many factors, including the learner’s prior knowledge, effort, practice, consistency, and individual circumstances.

4. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to independently create an account, enter into a purchase agreement, or make a payment through the Platform.

Where educational content is intended for a person under the age of 18, the purchase and account creation must be completed by that person’s parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

  • creating and managing the account;
  • accepting these Terms;
  • making payments;
  • supervising the minor’s use of the Platform;
  • ensuring that the minor complies with these Terms.

A minor may use educational content purchased by their parent or legal guardian under that person’s supervision.

5. User Accounts

Certain courses and products may require you to create a user account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.

Your account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, shared, rented, or made available to third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:

  • the account is being used fraudulently;
  • login credentials are being shared;
  • content is being copied or redistributed;
  • the Platform is being misused;
  • these Terms have been violated.

6. Courses and Digital Products

Each course or digital product will have its own description showing the main features of that product.

The description may include:

  • course title;
  • subject;
  • lessons or modules included;
  • format;
  • price;
  • access period;
  • instructor;
  • level of difficulty;
  • recommended audience;
  • any other relevant features.

By purchasing a product, you accept both these general Terms and the specific conditions displayed on that product’s sales or checkout page.

7. One-Time Purchases

Certain courses and digital products may be purchased through a one-time payment.

A one-time payment grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access the purchased content subject to these Terms.

A one-time purchase does not transfer ownership of the course, videos, PDFs, exercises, teaching methods, graphics, or other intellectual property to you.

The applicable access period will be stated on the relevant product page.

Where no specific access period is stated, access will generally remain available for as long as the product continues to be maintained on the Platform, subject to these Terms.

We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue content when reasonably necessary.

8. Subscription Products

Certain products or course libraries may be offered on a subscription basis.

Where a subscription applies, the applicable:

  • price;
  • billing frequency;
  • subscription period;
  • renewal terms;
  • cancellation conditions;

will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account at each renewal.

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally terminate access for a period that has already been paid for.

9. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • the course;
  • country;
  • currency;
  • promotion;
  • bundle;
  • subscription;
  • special offer.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card information. Payment information is submitted directly to the applicable payment provider.

We reserve the right to change future prices at any time.

A price change will not retroactively change the price of a completed one-time purchase.

For existing subscriptions, any price changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated to subscribers.

10. Refunds

Unless a different refund policy is displayed on the relevant product page, the following policy applies.

For a one-time course or digital product purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product may be terminated immediately.

For subscription products, any refund guarantee or trial period will apply only where it is specifically stated on the relevant product page.

Payments relating to subscription periods that have already been fully provided are generally non-refundable unless:

  • the applicable product page expressly provides otherwise; or
  • applicable consumer law requires a refund.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

11. Access to Digital Content

Access to purchased content is provided digitally through the Platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, course access does not include ownership of the underlying files or intellectual property.

Users may view and use purchased materials for their own personal educational purposes.

Courses or videos may not be downloaded unless a download option is specifically made available by us.

PDFs or other downloadable materials may be downloaded where the Platform expressly provides such functionality.

Even when downloading is permitted, downloaded materials remain subject to these Terms and may not be redistributed.

  • the Platform is being intentionally harmed.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may contact the account holder before termination.

You may request closure of your account by contacting us.

Closing your account may result in loss of access to purchased content associated with that account.

Before requesting account deletion, please ensure that you understand how this may affect access to any products you have purchased.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • changes to the Platform;
