ONLINE MASTERTRAINING S.R.L. is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

In this Privacy Policy, “Master Your Math”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company” refers to ONLINE MASTERTRAINING S.R.L.

Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

This follows the same payment-data structure used on our existing educational platform.

• information relating to your account or purchase;

Where consent is required by applicable law, marketing communications will be sent only with your consent.

The original policy likewise treats promotional communications based on consent.

4. Personal Data Relating to Children

Master Your Math provides educational content that may be used by children and teenagers.

However, where a learner is under the age of 18, the account and purchase should be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian may allow a minor to use the educational content available through the account under their supervision.

We ask minors not to independently provide personal data, make purchases, or create accounts without the involvement of their parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Platform.

The same basic approach is used in our existing policy, which distinguishes between adult users, parents/legal guardians, and minors using an account under parental supervision.  

5. Special Categories of Personal Data

We do not intentionally request or collect special categories of personal data, such as information concerning:

• racial or ethnic origin;
• political opinions;
• religious or philosophical beliefs;
• trade union membership;
• genetic data;
• biometric data used for unique identification;
• health information;
• sex life or sexual orientation.

Please do not provide such information to us unless it is necessary and specifically requested for a lawful purpose.

Personal data may be accessed by authorized persons within ONLINE MASTERTRAINING S.R.L. where necessary for their responsibilities.

7. Kajabi

The Master Your Math Platform is hosted and operated using services provided by Kajabi.

Because Kajabi provides the technical infrastructure used to host the Platform, manage user accounts, provide access to digital courses, and support other Platform functionality, Kajabi may process certain personal data in connection with your use of Master Your Math.

This may include information associated with:

• your user account;
• your access to the Platform;
• your purchases;
• course access;
• communications;
• technical use of the Platform.

Kajabi processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy practices and applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Because Kajabi is a United States-based service provider, the use of the Platform may involve the transfer or processing of personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on applicable lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards as required by data protection law.

Our existing privacy documentation similarly identifies Kajabi as the provider hosting the educational platform and explains that use of the platform involves processing by Kajabi.  

8. International Transfers of Personal Data

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the country in which you live, including outside the European Economic Area.

Where the GDPR applies and personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will be made in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Depending on the recipient and destination, appropriate safeguards may include:

• an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission;
• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
• an applicable data privacy framework;
• another lawful transfer mechanism recognized under applicable data protection law.

9. How Long We Keep Personal Data

Where the GDPR applies, we will respond within the time limits required by applicable law.

In general, this means responding within one month of receiving a valid request, although this period may be extended where permitted by law due to the complexity or number of requests.

If the GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

You also retain any rights you may have to seek a judicial remedy.

• accidental loss;
• destruction;
• alteration;
• unauthorized disclosure.

However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and should not share your password with unauthorized persons.

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation and may also use other categories of cookies depending on your preferences and the technologies implemented on the Platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when:

The most current version will be published on the Platform and will include its effective date.
